[Resolved] Redbus — Refund Not processed | |
Hello sir/madam.I booked my ticket 23.22021 from the destination tirunelveli to vellore on (25.2.2021) through the redbus.They received my payment but they can't confirmed my ticket. Also they mentioned refund has been initiated in to my wallet account within 5-7 bank working days. Already 2 months gone.. still the payment was not received in to wallet / bank account. I'm so disappointed. I need my amount back rupees.650 immediately. Please try to respond my words.
