Thank you for reaching out regarding your transaction ID[protected].
As informed during our phone conversation, due to technical issues faced at the time of booking, the amount was deducted from your account but the ticket was not confirmed. Since this requires attention from a technical specialist, there was a delay in initiating the refund.
We are now happy to share, the refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account. As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.
Below are the refund details:

If you do not receive this amount within the expected time, please reach out to the Bank customer care team using the number mentioned on the back of your card.
