[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund not providing

Last month 24th at around 10.30 pm i was booked ticket by the using of red bus app but unfortunately ticket will be cancelled automatically, So i was tried two times, for two times amount getting debited from my account, in red bus they refunded 1st amount but 2nd amount till now they are not initiate the refund process i was tried to tell so many times but they not responds my concerns and i will attached regarding of the concerns booked details with bank statement screenshot, So please doing needful

How you asking ticket id ticket was cancelled automatically that's why i uploaded my transection details with my banking statement and my registered email id ( [protected]@gmai.com )

Greetings from redBus Team!.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your transaction ID[protected].

As informed during our phone conversation, due to technical issues faced at the time of booking, the amount was deducted from your account but the ticket was not confirmed. Since this requires attention from a technical specialist, there was a delay in initiating the refund.

We are now happy to share, the refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account. As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.

Below are the refund details:

Refunded Amount: Rs. 1120/-
Initiated on: 06/02/2022
Source: Original mode of payment

If you do not receive this amount within the expected time, please reach out to the Bank customer care team using the number mentioned on the back of your card. In case this payment was made using a credit card, please check the previous statement/unbilled transactions before reaching out to the bank.
