[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund not received

I booked ticket for 2 persons via redbus app from ernakulam to chennai on 29th may 2017 of cost 2595. I cancelled the ticket within the free cancellation time and received message saying money will be refund within 7 working days. Its almost 3 weeks yet i didnt get refund. When called in customer service and entered my phone number they are telling that no refund is available for this number. But i received message to this same number. Please help me with my issue.
