[Resolved] Redbus — refund not received | |
Dear sir/ma'am My name is rahul a dsouza. I had booked a ticket on 9th august for a journey from bangalore to mangalore on 17th august in sri adinateshwara roadlines at a cost of rs 850.00 through tez upi, for the passenger named sachin vas. Your customer support has been useless and has been just beating around the bush. Even though i have given all the bank details and transaction details, you have not addressed my issue. Everytime i call, you tell me that my issue will be resolved by the end of the day. I wonder when that end of day will come. It's sad to know that red bus has a terrible customer support, especially being good bus booking app. I will look for other means henceforth if my issue isn't resolved.
