[Resolved] Redbus — refund not received | |
Ticket of moonlight bus from chandigarh to jammu was booked on 13.04.2019. The result of booking was unsuccessful but an amount of rs 682 were debited from my account. The message from red bus was received that the said amount will be refunded back to me. Today is 28th april 2019 but still the amount has not been refunded. Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the amount and oblige. Transaction id s1904132011187282110751

I booked a bus from surat, gujarat to una, gujarat.it was late by two hours and we have to wait at the boarding point because our home is 20km away.the bus name is shree jalaram travels(viral).who will give me that two hour compensation?
