[Resolved]  Redbus — refund not received

I have booked for travel from coimbatore to chennai for my family on 23rd may and wanted to re-schedule it to 24th may 2019 and i was rescheduling thro online and payment went twice (Amount of rs.254.69 two times) and reschedule could not happen and customer care (After great difficulty) informed me that there was technical problem and they will get back to me, which was never happened. I could not able to reschedule and my family had to travel on 23rd itself. The amount which has gone from my account has never been repaid to me. Is it the way, redbus is cheating the passengers!!
