I tried to contact using customer care number several times but it does not let me connect to customer care. I have replied using refund process email but it says that inbox is unattended.
Payment was supposed to be done on 2-7 working days. I did not receive the payment yet.

We did verify the details against the transaction cancellation. The refund amount of Rs. 4798.80/- was processed to the original mode of payment on Oct 22, 2019, against the reference number:[protected].

In case the refund is not received, please check with your respective bank for the same with the reference details shared.

Note: We never ask for UPI PIN or Account details over the phone. Please do not share the same.
