TIN - TNB[protected] Pune-Amravati, Date of Journey - 24/10/2019 Travels - Hari Om Travel Agency Booked on - October 13, 2019 Cancelled on - October 20, 2019 Refund Process Email Received on - - October 20, 2019 Final Refund Amount - INR 4798 I tried to contact using customer care number several times but it does not let me connect to customer care. I have replied using refund process email but it says that inbox is unattended. Payment was supposed to be done on 2-7 working days. I did not receive the payment yet. The refund amount of Rs. 4798.80/- was processed to the original mode of payment on Oct 22, 2019, against the reference number:[protected]. In case the refund is not received, please check with your respective bank for the same with the reference details shared. Note: We never ask for UPI PIN or Account details over the phone.
