[Resolved] Redbus — Refund not received | |||
Booked my bus ticket by redbus on 31 march 2021 (Tin): TQ4X19730695 from JAUNPUR to DELHI for dated 1 April 2021 that ticket amount was 1, 363.94(ticket amount)-149.99(Discount amount)=1, 213.95/- Rs. And Bus operator has cancelled the ticket on their own without any solid reason. The problem is that still i have not received refund amount in my bank account. And in received cancellation mail they mentioned that they will return that amount within 7 days So why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and i request kindly refund my money.
