Redbus — refund not received for bus cancelled due to lockdown

Hello Team,

I booked the ticket on 8th april to go on 15th april from Bangalore to Warangal.

But due to lock down extend bus got cancelled but still i was not received the refund amount.

Can you please check and initiate the refund?
