[Resolved] Redbus — Refund not received for more than 30 months | |||||
I have booked a ticket from Madurai to chennai on 2 December 2016 . On the date of journey I've received a sms stating that the Bus is cancelled due to technical issue and the redund will be processed within 7 working days... i've been trying to get in toch with the stupid customer care service of the REDBUS... asusal same dialouge"we'll do the needful help... its been almoat 40 days still the refund isnt reflected...
