Redbus — refund not received for my cancelled ticket

I have booked two tickets from chennai to sankarankovil on 20th Dec, 2019 ( Ticket number: TNDF[protected]. The journey was scheduled on 13th Jan. I Cancelled the ticket the next day( 21st Dec, 2019). The
The total refund money is 1999.8.
i have not received my refund yet for my cancelled ticket and in the mail i received you mentioned that i will get refunded within 5-7 business days.
I request you to refund the money as soon as possible
