[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund not recieved

On October 6, 2014 I have booked my online ticket for October 25, 2014 from Kottayam to Bangalore through redbus. It was A/C Sleeper bus of Hentek Travel. In a last movement they text me saying that the bus is cancel due to breakdown and that they do not have any other replacement. As I called them they said that the fare would be refunded to my account which is Rs.1200/-, In the last movement I had to pay extra money to book current ticket. Moreover, till this date I have not received any refund from them. Kindly look into this matter or else I may have to take some legal action for the same.
