Dear Sir,

Please find the details in the attachment.

Infact, the ticket ( seat no 1 & 19) got booked TWICE for the same journey for a same person due to system error. During boarding it came on surface.

We are regular CUSTOMER and first time, such financial loss is observed. Expect, the reimbursement of one ticket Immediately.

For your ready reference, it has been reported at Pune office ([protected]) who has diverted to complaint dept. ([protected]). Infact, the person has varified the case quite long but, he has shown his inability to refund and finally asked to contact RED BUS, hence writing to you. For your information, [protected] is my no to provide any input from this side.

Expect to hear from you soon to return the same at the earliest to retain the CUSTOMER.

The above complaint had been mailed on 2nd itself with attached ticket at: [protected]@redbus.com
informed to operator at Indore and Pune - both destination over phone.
Till now, there is no response.
