Booked a ticket from Pune to Mahabaleshwar through Krsna Travels for a journey on 9/11/22 morning 11am with boarding point at Pune Shaniwar Wada.

The bus operator cancelled the bus as informed personally on 8/11/22 9.pm and said the money paid would be refunded.
I have not received the money so far
Contacted the bus operator who said the refund is arranged by Redbus as the travels do not collect the money from the clients.
Why is this refund being delayed?
When will you be able to provide the refund?
