[Resolved] Redbus — Refund of Bus Ticket cancelled by operator not given

I had booked a bus ticket from Gurugram to Lucknow for 21.10.2022 Ticket No TRB[protected] and PNR no. 238862 which was eventually cancelled by the Bus operator on 15.10.2022 and I was informed that refund of 2703.95 has been initiated to my initial payment method and will be credited to my PAYTM wallet within 5-7 days. However, the same was not credited. I informed Red Bus about the same and it was informed to me that a complaint has been lodged with No. 19970604 on 21.10.2022 and it will be resolved within 72 hrs. Since then I have been following up red bus but I am not getting any positive response from the company.
