Redbus — Refund of cancellation of the bus without any prior notice | |||
Hi team, We booked red bus service janrath . Our boarding point was anand vihar bus terminal. Our time of boarding was at 4:00pm on 21 april 2021. We were waiting in Boarding point from 3:30 pm on 21 April 2021. We waited till 4:08 pm and called the contacts which were provided by Redbus. A person asked details and said that Bus has been cancelled and there isn't any alternate arrangements. So it was expected Atleast a prior information should have been sent. This is totally unfair. It is your responsibility to inform us properly on bus details. We want immediate refund of the money paid. Ticket number: TQ5J97849468 Booked tickets for 3 people. Hi red bus, our boarding point was Guntur padmaja petroll.bunk we are.stayed at 8.40.ie currect time but the sai sarvam.travells does not stop at boarding point. We are calling to provide number the number was switch off. He far away from guntur to vijayawada nearly 40 kms long. We have 2 kids in that time nite around 10.00 pm we are reached on bike and catch the bus. Worst worst service
