Refund of money I have booked the ticket from banglalore to kodaikannal (Ticket no: tjdb42489936, phno:[protected] on the date[protected]. Due to some reason i have cancelled the ticket on[protected], but as per the redbus policy its been 7 working days still now i haven't received the cancellation money from banglalore to kodaikannal. I had book a ticket from guntur to hyderabad for kesineni bus at 19th night. Money has been debited from my account but ticket is not booked. This happened twice. Each ticket costs 490rs . Please refund my 490*2=980 rs. I have been calling customer care since night. But they are not answering the call. Hope you will solve the issue fast.
