[Resolved] Redbus — refund of money has not been processed

Hi team,

I had a booking on 14th august from goa to bangalore through red bus, unfortunately i got a message that bus has been cancelled due to damage. It was shyamala travells and the ticket number is tm[protected]. Please find the attached ticket for the same.

I have reached destination by another booking. Please share me the refund status as it has been told that it will be refunded as bus operator cancelled the bus at last moment.
