Dear Sir,
I have booked a bus ticket from Bengaluru to Chennai on 3rd June 2018, but due to breakdown, the bus got cancelled and no alternate bus is arranged for me. Adding to this, still I haven't got my refund back of Rs 1599/-. It's been more than 25 days, even after so many calls and emails sent to the customer support, they are saying just one thing, i.e. "Wait for 24 hours" from the day I am calling them. I have got a message after booking the ticket that the bus is got cancelled and when I called on the below mentioned number, he told me that my refund will get credit in next 24 hours but I haven't got any refund.

Kindly look into this asap. I am fed up off mailing and calling them. Please help me in providing justice.
