I have booked a ticket through online from redbus and the operator has reported the bus breakdown and unable to provide alternate bus and when i called for they are shouting like idiots i am serious about their miss behaving and also reported the same to red bus through customer conservation it is very harsh for a girl to undergo like that and there is no refund still in the account Was this information helpful? | |||||
