[Resolved] Redbus — refund of ticket cancelled amount | |||||
I cancelled the ticket booked from pondicherry to chennai via ecr route in prtc bus on 21.07.2019 departure by 4.30am. When i cancelled the ticket i received message that rs.240 will be refunded with in 4/days, but so far i have not received, the ticket number p710599 please arrange for crediting the refund amount in my bsbi account. Baskaran i received message that the amount will be refunded by monday ie yesterday, even in the customer call service i could not register the complaint since i don't receive reply, please arrange my 1st enquiry registration number 9770034 Was this information helpful? | |||||
