Bus-ticket was cancelled from belgaum to bangalore on 22/august/2018 [transaction id: [protected]; reference id: [protected] dated 22/8/2018 ]. No refund yet. Reminder sent on 12/october/2018. Standard reply. [ your reference number for query is 5609456 dated 13/10/2018] Red bus's complaint tracker is blank. [ https://m.redbus.in/tracker ] Why this attitude? Why i have to write all this? Applicable refund can be effected in time and finish the task. Everybody shall be at peace. This happens because some people don't do their assigned job, in time may be.
