[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund problem

Address:VILL HATHIPUR, POST MAHANGUPUR DHAHAR, ATRAULIA AZAMGARH

I have booked two tickets from akbarpur to Delhi on 14 August (4:44pm). At the boarding time I called bus operator and then he said bus cancelled, then immediately I complaint Red bus customer care and ask about my refund they told with in 48 hour u got ur refund and now 10 days passed and I couldn't get my refund I called again and again but they always told wait 24 hours.
