Redbus — Refund Related

I have raised an issue and issue no. is 20738098 red bus. My booking was for 28th Dec and till now i haven't received my refund.

Customer care response is standard that issue will be resolved in next 24 hrs but no update. this is keep on going till now.

As discussed on the call, happy to share that the bus operator has agreed to provide a refund entirely. The refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account. Below are the refund details: Refunded Amount: Rs. 21000/- Initiated on: 20th February 2023 Source: Original mode of payment As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.
