[Resolved] Redbus — Refund request | |||||
I booked ticket for mandsaur to ahemdabad, on 24 oct 2016 for 1 nov 2016 . I got successfull booking mail and when i reached to departure the local operator said your ticket is cancle because bus is damage. i didn't get any caal or message or mail regarding cancellation and didn't get rufund of ticket till now. i am very unsatisfide by the booking i mailed to [protected]@redbus.in but not got any refund related mail. i want my payment back.
