Hi, i visited my sister-in-law in KL and i bought a refundable ticket on 31/12/2021. Suddenly on that day she not feeling well and i cannot go to terminal bus alone leaving her in sick. So i canceled that ticket and bought another ticket on 1/1/2022. So now i pay for refundable ticket but i cant get refund. WHY?
