[Resolved]  Redbus — regarding change of bus from a/c bus to non a/c

I have done my ticket for the a/c bus as the weather is cold. Firstly they
Provide a/c bus at boarding point but after traveling 50 km they have
Changed the bus to non a/c bus and they haven't provide any blanket as the
Weather is too much cold. I paid for the a/c bus they cheated us and
I called redbus customer care bus they haven't replied they cheated us too.
