Redbus — regarding incomplete bus details which didn't allow me to avail the services I paid for in advance

I booked two volvo tickets from beawar to jodhpur for 10th of october but the tickets they provided me didn't have the bus number so i was denied boarding the bus which caused me a great inconvenience. Because of this i boarded another bus even though i had booked my tickets in advance with redbus. I am attaching the pictures with the details and would like to get the refund back with respect to the same sooner as possible. Kindly revert back on my number [protected]

My bus from Udaipur to Rajkot was cancelled on 4 October, travel agency has told that they have requested red bus by mail for refund but till date i had got my refund
