Redbus — regarding incomplete bus details which didn't allow me to avail the services I paid for in advance | |||||
I booked two volvo tickets from beawar to jodhpur for 10th of october but the tickets they provided me didn't have the bus number so i was denied boarding the bus which caused me a great inconvenience. Because of this i boarded another bus even though i had booked my tickets in advance with redbus. I am attaching the pictures with the details and would like to get the refund back with respect to the same sooner as possible. My bus from Udaipur to Rajkot was cancelled on 4 October, travel agency has told that they have requested red bus by mail for refund but till date i had got my refund
