Redbus — Regarding non arrival of bus at the bus stand.

I would have liked if I had boarded my bus at given time. I have booked and I paid for it, and at what cost I had to face that horrible scene. My bus didn't even reached at bus stand. I had waited for 2 more hours at the bus stop but all in vain. From jaipur to Jalore, this journey was very important for me yesterday but you people don't provide the services and why the hell do you ruin our moked Dashmesh travels P ltd. Bus yesterday and when I called the travels they didn't pick up my call and didn't responded in return either. Was I a fool? Or you are making me to loose my temper. I want my money back and I know my consumer rights if I am not properly refunded. All the booking details and bus information are attached in a form of screenshots.
