[Resolved] Redbus — regarding not getting allocated seat and bad staff behavior. | |||||
I didn't get the allotted seat booked through your app as the seat was sold by an agent to someone else. And when I talked to ur customer care they told me to adjust somewhere and his tone was also not acceptable. And I ended up sitting in an uncomfortable seat.Staff was also not customer friendly I had to keep my luggage at my seat. They kept on giving excuses and didn't take care of my luggage. No water bottle as well as no charging point was there as shown in ur app. The bus company name is Laxmi travels and it's number was HR38W0094 from pathankot to Delhi.
