Redbus — Regarding refund and booking ticket

I booked a bus from redbus app and the driver doesn't inform me about his location of getting delay of bus by more than 1.5 hours and he informs me before 10 min then how can I board the bus and I cannot board the bus, So I request you to kindly provide the refund
