[Resolved] Redbus — regarding refund of ticket price due to no availability of bus | |||
I had to travel from delhi to lucknow at 6:00 on[protected] using following detail by ashok travels (Regd.). Ticket no: tkcs89284230 Pnr no: c24958by But no bus arrived to take us at boarding point mentioned and no communication was being made regarding this by travel agency. Even my calls were not being responded and no alternative was suggested finally i have missed my trip. Please refund the amount as soon as possible as i have finally not traveled due to transporter's blunder. Was this information helpful? | |||
