Sir It is to intimate that I was booking a bus ticket from barabanki to delhi on 17 feb 2021 but the ticket was not booked and the money for rs 853.95 has been deducted . Therefore it is my humble request kindly to refund the money as soon as possible. The screenshot has been attached herewith.
