[Resolved] Redbus — regarding reschedule the trip and not refunding | |||
I book one ticket on redbus that time i put date 1 day after by mistake(that also because redbus not ask date they always put date which you put previously in past sessions) after booking i realized that bus is one day latter so i ask them to reshedule so they said this bus is not reshedule and non refundable. But they did not mention it in front of bus when i book tickit. And when i call them they told this bus is non refundable.if any bus is non refundable then they have to put it in bold infront of bus.
