I have booked a online bus ticket from Delhi to Prayagraj, I reached the boarding point half an hour before so I don't miss the bus, then the bus arrived one and half hour late, though trying to contact with the bus contact information no response was provided, a call was received and I was told, bus is in traffic and will come to boarding point but it will be late. Redbus does not provide any information about the bus number, bus conductor number, or driver number etc etc. And further after being waiting I am being switched to an alternative bus option which goes through the same route, but now in this bus I am supposed to sit here sometimes there and the journey time is ofcourse more than the journey time taken by the bus which was booked. When I tried to confront this to redbus coordinator via chat and asked them to call me they didn't call me, and when had conversation via chat after listening to my issue he granted me 100 Rs compensation in my Redbus Wallet. Is this the service you provide @redbus. This is not acceptable and it should not be taken as granted. Was this information helpful? |
