[Resolved]  Redbus — regarding the cancellation of ticket

Hi sir,

I was not unable to cancel the ticket where i have booked for 25th oct 2019. When i am cancelling the ticket it is saying that the contact the operator. But the operator is telling that they cannot cancel the ticket told furthur to contact the red bus. But when we contact the red bus customer care they are telling to contact the operator. We are in the perplexity of whom to contact now! Kindly help us regrading the issue for cancellation of ticket
