[Resolved] Redbus — requesting to refund my cancellation money | |
I booked my bus ticket by redbus on[protected]th september 2018) (Ticket number (Tin): tmar25827385 from bangalore to hyderabad for dated[protected]th october 2018) at tckt amount was 3798.0/- rs. And cancelled it on 27th september 2018 (Pnr : ts[protected]gfcw / 1517986) But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days. Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible. Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.
