Me and my wife boarded Gujarat travels 4:30pm bus from lonavala on Aug 15 2016. My wife being 5 months pregnant needed special care. We immediately proceeded to our booked seat but they were already occupied. We were asked to wait by the conductor while the bus continued plying. The utterly ill-mannered conductor continued his business while my wife managing to stand . When asked why he is delaying my wife was pushed . We were given front seats which we didn't wanted to book because of the jerk. We are really pissed off due to the ill mannered staff and redbus not taking responsibility of the passengers safe travel.
I have been following up on this complaint since 10 days now but there has been no response from redbus. This should be looked by Government and the servide provider should be punished.
