[Resolved]  Redbus — Service was awful

I had booked a redbus from thrissur to kasargod. I booked a bharat benz semi sleeper safety plus bus of asia travelink. The time scheduled to reach kasargod was 6am.
The bus which came was not bharat benz. Their were no guidelines followed about safety plus. My actual seat number booked was H4 but the bus didnt have any seat with that number and i was asked to sit in seaf number 21.
The bus reached destination at 9.15.
Nothing was offered against my booking, bus seat safety schedule everything was wrong. When I complained in redbus they are telling they can only provide 20% refund. Y should i pay 80% for which no service of my booking was offered to me.

After checking the complaint details we could understand that the safety precautions were not followed on the bus. Please be informed that the bus operator has not marked themselves under safety+ and you are requested to check for the same before making the booking confirmation.
Adding to this, we have duly noted the feedback shared for the operator and we would ensure strict corrective steps.
As discussed on the call earlier, we have shared the best possible resolution on this complaint, and we regret to inform you that we will be unable to process a complete refund here.
