I had booked the bus at 4th March 2023 and the timings are 22.50 to 5.30, in red bus portal the onboarding point is nizampet more super market, but sri balaji transport person said me to change my boarding point and tell me to stay on opposite of the more super market I had agreed for that when I had come to the boarding point suddenly again they said me to come 8 metro pillars forward to miyapur, Already I am tired with my work and some stuff as the boarding point is some what far away eventhough I came for that they had made me uncomfortable and also I said them to come vasanth nagar arch which they pick up me now but they didn't accept and said me to come to more super market opposite and they had made me like that uncomfortable.
Take action against them, no one will tolerate this bad situations like this and the staff behaving rudely and using some really very very bad words. Was this information helpful? |
