[Resolved]  Redbus — Struggling to get refund

I booked Redbus on 27.11.20 from Chandigarh to Delhi. I got cancellation msg on the same day at 11 pm. I have paid Rs. 914/- and I am still struggling to get my refund. Customer Support not responding. Below is the msg received from Redbus:

Your ticket from Indo Canadian Tpt, Chandigarh to Dhaula kuan metro station, Delhi is cancelled :(

Basis the policy of your bank, the amount should reflect in your account within 5 -  7 business days.
