I have been booking Volvo bus services via RedBus for traveling from Durgapur(West Bengal) to Kolkata, but for last few months the bus gets changes in between trips and the reservation is lost in the transfer.
Even after charging around Rs 130 more than the actual bus fare, Redbus is not taking any responsibility to make sure the service is not disrupted.
The change of bus in between road, transfer of own luggage, and no reservations in the changed bus, has lead to mental harrasment for me and it makes no sense to make reservations.
Hence, i would like to file a complaint against Redbus so they can take responsibility of the overpriced but disrupted service and compensate for my harrasment too Was this information helpful? |
