Redbus — TH[protected]-Non Refund option of the few bus operators

i have booked the ticket from Bangalore to madurai on 4th June 2015 and date of journey on 5th June 2015. Now i tried to cancel it is showing cancellation is not permitted as per the bus operators policy. The same not been informed during booking about this. REDBUS should cancel the ticket and should return the money. RED BUS ticket no: TH[protected]
