[Resolved] Redbus — the company is not aware of the refund status | |||
We have booked 3 tickets via redbus app for travelling from mumbai to hyderabad on 17th may, 2018. The bus was scheduled in evening and the it was orange travels bus, at 2:00pm in afternoon we got an call from orange travels about bus cancellation and providing us the alternate bus which was a semi sleeper and the ticket rate was less. They suggested us to take this bus and the difference amount of 1666 will be refunded to us withing 7 working days. We have also requested them to give us the seats in front rows as all the travellers were ladies along with kids. They said we have tickets of last row if you want to take then take or else cancel the trip in this bus. However we managed to accept the deal and agreed to travel in this bus and also booked 1 additional ticket for our kids. Later after 7 working days we asked about the status of refund we are still getting respond that we are verifying and get back to you. They are not even aware that our bus was cancelled and we traveled in semi sleeper bus instead of sleeper bus. I am not getting my amount back and its 10th day now Was this information helpful? | |||
