Redbus — The worst service

Hello, This is with reference to the bus ticket THA[protected] which my wife booked for Bangalore Chennai on 11/09/2015 timing 09:15 PM reporting & 9:30 PM departure time (Seat L6, GNR travels) and the contact number provided [protected]( was not reachable on that day). She managed to reach the boarding point at 9 pm itself and the bus was not available at 9.30 pm also. After making so many calls to the redbus customer care, one of the agent came upto her around at 10.30 and asked her to get into a TT saying that another bus has been arranged somewhere distant and she can go in that bus. She declined him saying that she will cancel the bus ticket as she was not willing to go with him in a TT alone at that time ( Hope you all have your mothers and sisters and imagine if they have this situation !!! Do you expect a woman to go alone in a TT with an unknown guy?? Dont you all read newspapers??Then for what the hell you have given options "Boarding point" in your site???) As she had to go to Chennai for an emergency reason, she cancelled the ticket and arranged another bus from a different agency, also she raised a complaint(Compliant number:[protected] . Refund never happened And the resolution provided after 3 days bloody investigation is that she traveled in the bus which she booked first..Do you think that we play this game for a mere amount of 800??? is this the bloody service you provide to the customers???? I am not at all bothered about the amount, and if you want to loot the people, you can do this in any ways... But if you people provide this kind of service to the customers let it be. I had a feeling that redbus is the customer oriented service provider but hereafter i have to search for other options and to save my near ones from being cheated i have to inform the whole world about your damn service..The amount is not a big deal for us but the solution you provided was something like we have been pictured as fraudsters. So i have to proceed with filing a case against this service and also have to share my experience in all social networking sites, so that atleast 1% will be saved from the looting hands of RED bus.. Now i understand that RED is for DEVIL!!! thanking you for your valuable service, Nidhin.
