[Resolved] Redbus — there are two cancellations of my tickets but i have received only one refund | |||||
Dear concern, I made two ticket bookings both amounting rupees 2358.00. On 28th december'2017 from redbus On first try amount was debited from my account but ticket was not issued. On second try bus ticket was confirmed Ticket no: tkdq65273322 Pnr no: mdrn[protected]/sbd But unfortunately bus was cancelled due to mechanical issues. Few days back i have received one refund amount. So, please let me know the status of the other refund. For your reference, I have got two transaction id and reference id. 1.
