[Resolved] Redbus — they made wrong ticket on night journey | |||||
I have booked 2 tickets on date of 04. Oct.2019.in the redbud site they made wrongly show the ticket. Continuesly they shown night journey ticket in between they shown morning ticket. So, i have asked the redbus and apple bus operator. Sir i need to reschedule the ticket today night. We are unable to cancel the ticket. U cancel before oneday but i have booked same day that is the policy they said and they you will complaint any where no one refund the amount. Please help and refund the amount asap. However we would like to inform you that as per bus operator's cancellation policy, cancellation window expired at 10:30 PM on 3rd Oct 2019. Hence this ticket was not canceled.
