[Resolved] Redbus — They took money not provided seat and not returened money also | |||||
We booked tickets under refernce trip id[protected] which got not booked due to fault in the red bus online system. we asked them to book manually.They refused .They asked us to book again on the ground that they will return the money in a week . we booked again transaction id 6413473 this also did not work due to red bus system problem we telephoned immediately In total we have lost inr 3520 Plus 3520 from our Bank account. we request your intervention and make them to pay a penality of what we lost and please tell them to refund INR INR 14080.
