Redbus — Ticket Amount Not Refunded

Hi, I have booked a ticket in Redbus on 16th april with the below details. After i booked the ticket, i got a message like "Payment was collected but seat could not be booked due to an error". They gave me a customer care number to call which is not reachable. Kindly help me on this and refund my money back.
