I had booked ticket on redBus site on 14th May 2022 from Jammu to Amritsar for travel on same day with New Shivam Travles at 11:30 AM . Bus ticket PNR number 675TDJNZ.
Red bus did not share the bus number and shared only the operator number and no bus tracking was available.
I communicated with operator about my boarding location well in advance.
around 11:30 i started communicating with operator for the bus location, he had no updates on the bus and only the words like will let you know soon.
Later almost 45 minutes he said bus is not available you will have to make your own arrangements for the travels and will repay the booking amount.
I had tried communicating with Support on RedBus app for the entire situation but no help and there was also the same line "will get back to you."
Now its been more than 9 days there is no update on the refund from operator as well as redBus.
Please refund my money ASAP and stop looting people.
